Our People

Greg Wood

Managing director/Project Director

Greg has a wealth of experience in complex and large-scale capital projects across New Zealand and Australia. He also has a broad range of experience in governance and technology startups roles.

Greg also acts in the capacity of Engineer to Contract on large projects.

Greg holds a Bachelor of Manufacturing Engineering from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and an MBA from the University of Auckland.

Lisa Fraser

Senior Project Manager

Lisa is an experienced project manager and engineer within the industrial and construction industry.

Lisa has spent much of her career in Construction Management and Project Management roles. Lisa also has experience in Engineering Management within an FMCG environment.

Lisa is a strong leader, clear communicator and highly capable problem solver, who approaches all tasks in a structured and organised manner. She builds rapport well to gain the best out of all stakeholders.

Lisa holds a First-Class Honours Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Canterbury.

Luke Reeves

Luke is an experienced capital projects leader with a proven track record of delivering complex, high-value infrastructure and manufacturing projects across New Zealand.
 
With over a decade of experience, Luke excels in managing multi-million-dollar developments, enhancing project delivery, promoting team culture, and driving strategic growth. Passionate about pushing boundaries in infrastructure and manufacturing, Luke ensures every project he leads is executed with precision, efficiency, and to a high health and safety standard.
 
Luke holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Civil Engineering from the University of Canterbury and is a Member of Engineering New Zealand (MEngNZ).

Sam Aston

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Sam has a proven track record in project and people management.  He has over 15 years’ experience managing multi-disciplinary projects within the energy and resources sector across Australia and New Zealand.

Sam has dedicated his career to delivering collaborative, and often complex, engineering solutions for clients. He is passionate about improving project delivery and always open to innovative technology solutions, whilst bringing the whole team on the journey.

Sam holds an Honours Degree in Mechatronics Engineering from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand.

Katie Warburton

Project Co-Ordinator

Katie has over 10 years’ experience delivering outcomes within cross-functional project teams across the Marine, Legal, Finance, Automotive and Defence sectors in the UK, France, Germany and New Zealand.

Katie brings a strong stakeholder management focus, navigating complexity and aligning competing priorities to achieve project objectives. Katie is a strong and clear communicator, adept at building and growing relationships in fast paced changeable environments.

Katie holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) International Management and Modern Languages from the University of Bath, UK and is fluent in four languages.

Paul Du Plessis

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Paul is an experienced Project Manager with over 20 years’ experience in the electrical, renewable energy, utilities and technology sectors, delivering complex multi-disciplinary projects across New Zealand, Pacific Islands, Middle East and Africa.

Paul has a structured, collaborative approach, with strong engagement, and commitment to high quality and safe project outcomes. Passionate about sustainable energy solutions and future-focused infrastructure, Paul thrives on leading teams, navigating technical complexity and driving projects through to delivery with clarity and purpose.

Paul holds a National Diploma in Electrical Engineering from the Central University of Technology and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Sarath Sudhikumar

PROJECT CO-ORDINATOR & ENGINEER

Sarath is an experienced Project Coordinator and Civil Engineer.  He has eight years’ experience delivering commercial construction and interior fit-out projects.  Sarath plays a key role in coordinating project activities, keeping communication clear among stakeholders, and ensuring everyone is aligned on scope, responsibilities, and timelines. 

Sarath holds a Masters in construction project management from Massey University, a Bachelors degree in civil engineering from Anna University, and a postgraduate qualification in architectural and interior photography.

Samuel Gunn

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Sam has over 20 years’ experience delivering complex engineering and capital projects across the energy and industrial sectors, and brings a practical understanding of project delivery, stakeholder mangerment and operational requirements. 

He has led multidisciplinary teams through the full project lifecycle, from concept development and front-end studies through detailed design, construction, commissioning and handover across New Zealand, UK, Ireland with exposure throughout the Middle East, Europe and Africa. Sam is passionate about building collaborative teams and delivering practical engineering solutions that improve safety, reliability and business performance.

Sam holds a Master of Engineering Management from the University of Auckland, Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) Chemical and Process Engineering from the University of Canterbury and is a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng).
